Meet Orelmy Díaz

Founder of The Marriage Green Card System™

I’m Orelmy Díaz, an immigration attorney, educator, entrepreneur, and the creator of The Marriage Green Card System™. Long before I became a U.S.-licensed immigration attorney with advanced law degrees from two respected American universities, I was an immigrant trying to figure it all out. I was the one searching for answers, navigating the system with fear and confusion, and dreaming of stability, safety, and a future in the United States. That lived experience drives everything I do today.

I understand how overwhelming this process can feel when your entire life, relationship, and future depend on getting it right. But I also know how empowering it is to finally grasp the steps, rules, and strategies involved in your immigration journey.

More About Me

I also completed law school in the Dominican Republic! before expanding my legal education in the U.S and obtaining two additional law degrees. This unique background allows me to understand two legal systems and the immigrant experience from a personal perspective.

As a proud mother of two girls and a bilingual professional in English and Spanish, I incorporate my culture, my lived story, and my legal expertise into everything I do. I believe that immigration doesn’t have to break couples down; it can build them up.

Who I Help

I am in the early stages of developing The Marriage Green Card System™ to help driven professional couples confidently navigate the marriage-based green card process with clarity, structure, and peace of mind. This program aims to teach couples how to self-prepare and file their marriage green card application correctly—without confusion or expensive attorney fees.

Why I'm Conducting Research

This work is incredibly important to me. To create the most impactful and transformational program possible, I am looking to interview couples who fit this description. I want to learn more about their challenges, frustrations, dreams, and goals. These interviews are purely for research purposes, helping me to better understand what couples truly need to navigate this process successfully.
